About ACE-031
ACE-031 is a soluble fusion protein built from the extracellular domain of activin receptor type IIB. It acts as a ligand trap for myostatin and related TGF-beta family proteins, and is used to study the pathway without targeting a single ligand. Supplied as a lyophilised powder in a sealed vial, for laboratory research only.
