About Tesamorelin
Tesamorelin is a synthetic analogue of GHRH (1-44) with a trans-3-hexenoyl group at the N-terminus that protects it from DPP-4 degradation. It is studied in work on the GHRH receptor and on pulsatile growth hormone release from the anterior pituitary. Supplied as a lyophilised powder in a sealed vial, for laboratory research only.
