About ARA-290
ARA-290 (cibinetide) is an 11-amino-acid peptide corresponding to a helix B surface region of erythropoietin. It binds the innate repair receptor without stimulating erythropoiesis, which makes it useful for separating EPO's tissue-protective signalling from its haematopoietic effects. Supplied as a lyophilised powder in a sealed vial, for laboratory research only.
